How I get back my macOS Monterey 12.5.1?

Click > Monterey.
Once downloaded, double-click the “Install macOS…” app in the Applications folder to begin the upgrade.

As soon as I click Agree. Never start the download.
The download usually works well with the Safari browser.
If Safari isn't working properly, I suggest you try downloading with the Firefox browser, or maybe Brave browser.
