I can’t link my LiveWell app to my watch for work

I’m trying to link my apple health and LiveWell app to my watch but it won’t link

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8

If you mean the Livewell with Advocate Aurora app, there's not indication in the App Store that it has a Watch app. Are you actually asking how to link it to Heatlh so that it syncs data on things like activity? If so, you should find that in the settings of the Livewell app itself.

I downloaded the MyChart app via the App Store on my watch by clicking on the App Store icon on my watch. I then downloaded the MyChart app on my IPhone and logged into the app.


Then I went to the LiveWell app on my phone and clicked on connect my watch. I was prompted to open the My Chart app on my watch and I received notification that my LiveWell and my watch were connected.
