Computer freezing and Slow - MacbookPro M1
My Macbook Pro with M1 chip is slowing down to a standstill. I have gotten rid of apps running, updated antivirus, updated OS and still nothing. What else can I do ?

Anti-virus alone can create havoc on a Mac. Your Mac needs NO outside help. Remove everything you have added that claims to protect, clean, or optimize your computer. It is useless.
See what happens after you remove useless apps. Right now their presence is masking any real issues and making it hard to effectively assess those issues.
