I have looked through the thread for this problem and explored each of the suggested "fixes" but none seem to work for me. All calls go directly to voicemail but voicemail does not record them and there is no record of the call in the "Recent Call" log. I sure would like to receive calls on this phone so I sure hope someone can help.

Voicemail is a feature that is offered from your carrier. They will need to assist you with getting the voicemail set up and working correctly.
Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription are available from select carriers in select countries or regions.
