Macbook Pro Throttling In Bootcamp

I am currently using a 13-inch 2018 Macbook Pro with 16gb RAM, a 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, and Intel Iris Plus 655 graphics. My computer is experiencing issues with gpu throttling at 60ºC while playing games like Minecraft and War Thunder. I have read about 16-inch Macbooks with AMD graphics having the same issue at 80ºC but no information about integrated gpus on the 13 inch. I cannot accurately view the frequency of the integrated gpu because Precision X1, GPU Tweak, and MSI Afterburner do not work properly.
