I have an Iphone 11 Pro
After the above update ..my blue tooth connects to my vehicle no problem ... But i cannot access messages in my vehicle,the blue circle in blue tooth settings only shows Device type where as before it had show notifications ..I have spoken to other people and they have the same problem ....

It sounds like you're unable to access messages in CarPlay. Make sure that the car's firmware is updated to work with the new iOS. Also, check that you do not have any restrictions in place.
