Why do I need to delete files from a half-empty iphone in order to sync?
I have become frustrated that my 512 GB iPhone 14 Pro refuses to sync with my M1 MBP until I delete files from it... even though the phone is nowhere close to full. I've just offloaded about 2GB of lesser-used apps and I'm still forced to delete more. I do not know if this is a problem with MacOS or iOS or the devices themselves. Never had such an issue on previous phones or Macs. And yes, I have a very large music library (which is why I got the large storage capacity iPhone in the first place). Can anyone advise?
