I want to download instagram with iOS 12.5.7

iPhone 6, iOS 12

iOS 12.5.7 is the latest iOS security update for iPhone 6.

Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> Download and Install (if you haven't already done that).

iPhone 6 can’t be update to a higher iOS (13 and later). 

If you have an outdated iPhone that cannot be updated to iOS 13 or later, many apps will not be able to download.

Outdated iPhone no longer meets the requirements for many apps.

Most apps require iOS 13.4 or later. 

Instagram requires iOS 13.4 or later.

Considering a newer type of iPhone?

As stated on the App Store page, Instagram is only compatible with iPhones running iOS 13.4 or later.

Reading posts can be very helpful in explaining any issue you are having. There are 4 pages here that likely has the answer to your post of simply "Instagram" when replying to a year old post where the OP found the answer. The developer chooses which iOS version they want to support, so your any feedback on their app should be posted on their support site. Apple has nothing to do with it.
