I found a AirTag which was left near my apartment. I wanted to return it to the rightful owner. I kept the AirTag available, yet the owner didn’t turn up. Do we have a way to send a message to the owner of the AirTag. May be an email can also help

Apple won't reveal that info. The owner can set a message, if they desire.
