Trying to download free apps Every time I try to download a free app it always says payment not complete and then it takes me to update my payment information and I update it and then It tries to charge my card $12 and something cents so it says that my card information failed and I can’t download any apps. I shouldn’t have to pay anything for a free app. Help! also i don’t have any money on my card right now so it’s declining the payment .

You must have a valid payment method in your account, even for free apps. If you have no apps with in app purchases and no subscriptions (including canceled subscriptions) you may be able to delete all payment methods, but any that you have must be valid.
