We understand you have some questions about your Photos app. Once you have selected continue, you will see options for Library, For You, Albums, Search. In Library, you have time intervals in which to view your photos. The latest iOS version is iOS 16.4.1a. Safari is updated when the software is updated.
There isn't a built-in lock for photos. You would need to download a third party app.
