Screen Recording on MacBook Pro

I’m trying to screen record/ screen share something on my MacBook Pro and I’m not even seeing an option in any of my settings or applications to enable or access screen record?!? I’ve looked for everything but nothing is helping!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
