Battery stuck at 100%

After installing iOS 16.4.1(a) my battery shows 100%. Before installing the update it was less than 100% and it shouldn't be at 100% as it wasn't charged for more than 8 hours.

(Battery health is at 98%)

On the screenshot you can see how it increased again without charging.

Anyone the same problem?
