Apple Mail - Forwarding does not include text of message

When I forward an email it should include the text of the message - it doesn't.

Yes, Mail/Settings/Composing/Responding does have Include Text checked.

Forwarding email with attachment Using Apple Mail, sometimes I need to forward an email that has an attachment or photo. In the past I select the forward arrow button and the email with attachment is ready to be addressed to send. Lately, maybe since ventura 13.2.1 the email comes up without the attachment. I have to manually drag the attachment to the new forwarding message. I have not found any setting that addresses attachments. Any ideas for a solution?

preserve subject when forwarding email I'm not sure if this is a change or if I have just noticed it, but when I forward mail in the Mail program it loses the existing email subject, sending email with blank subject. Is there a way to have the incoming email subject preserved and included in the forwarded email? I looked in rules but not obvious how to do if at all possible. macOS 12.6.6, Mail Version 16.0, MBP Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015. TIA.

Email In Ventura 13.2.1 not forwarding attachments. Crashing when replying to emails with attachments I have recently upgraded to Ventura. I am working on a Mac book pro M1 2020. When I get emails with attachments such as documents or pictures, when forwarding them onto other email accounts it is not attaching the attachment. If I "reply all" to any emails I receive it comes with a message "not downloaded content, continue? If I continue it crashes me out of my email account and fails to send the reply. I am not having these issues on my iPhone mail.

FWIW, the current version of Ventura is 13.3.1 (a). You should update.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you can try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.
