EVEN THOUGH I HAVE DELETED IT NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS I'VE JUST RECENTLY LEARNED WHY I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD A TOTALLY NEW VER. OF FACEBOOK IS THAT THE DATA AND DOC. FROM MY INITIAL PUR. IN 2010 R. STILL IN ICLOUD. HOW CAN I TOTALLY DELEAT AN APP INCLUDING ITS DATA AND DOCS IN ICLOUD ?

You can Offload or fully delete an app in iOS. If you have previously offloaded an app, use these instructions to fully delete the app instead: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
