I am using Safari and Chrome on my MacBook Pro using Ventura, when I try to sign into my bank account it's telling me unable to validate. I cleared cookies and tried going to Safari/Preferences/Privacy and uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking to see if that helps but still same issue. I need help please

I can't imagine that problem is anything other than a failure of that bank's validation system. Does it occur if you were to open their website in a Private Window?

Since you are receiving the validation code, but its not accepting it, I’d contact the bank and see if they can help. If there’s no help-line on the bank’s web site visit a local branch in person and see what they can do for you. Surely someone there must be able to contact the appropriate department to help you out.
For clarification, is your mac asking you to validate (confirming who you are) by entering the 6 digit code that was sent to another device like your phone?
yes it is asking me for the validation code and when entered does not accept it. I also tried Firefox same issue
