Apple Noise App / Health App - Feature Request

I wear my watch all the time, including when I'm at the shooting range. I want to suggest a feature / enhancement to give users the option when the warning pops up about loud noise that they can indicate they are wearing ear protection, not just silence it for the day.

For Fall Detection, there's user response options to indicate they didn't fall, why can't this be done for Environmental Sound Levels?
