Display settings won't save.

I looked up Display setting on this community as I'm having an issue with my display settings not saving. I saw a similar question for my problem written by - Only-Techie-Sometimes. They wrote: "Display setting won't save for extended display I have 2 additional Samsung monitors that work just fine. Everything is great, except that I have to reconfigure them every single time my MacBook Pro falls asleep. When I open a new window or a pop up appears for a program I'm in, it seems to randomly pick which monitor to show up on as well. I feel like I've done something wrong here that should be an easy fix, and just can't figure it out." This pretty much sums up my issue as I have to continuously go into my settings and reconfigure the display setting. For me, it's not a random pick, it just swaps it back and doesn't save. Where I should be able to swipe right, move screens back and forth when it going back into the System Setting default I can only maneuver my mouse by going swiping left to go into my right sided screen. Once configure it It will stay this way until it goes into sleep and when I reopen my displays are right back to the default and I have to reconfigure the display again. Before I updated to Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68) I don't recall ever having this issue, it's a constant nuisance. I read your response to Only-Techie-Sometimes, but it's not working for me. I also have 2 Samsung monitors.
