Apple Maps Showing Our Business Permanently Closed?!?!?

Apple maps is showing our art gallery as permanently closed. I have no idea how long this has been going on, but we've seen a drop off in traffic and I think it could be very much related. Google and Yelp have the correct information, and when I go into Apple's business connect, it shows our correct information with our correct hours, and yet the map still says permanently closed??? I have reported the issue through maps, but this is a really big deal for our small business. How did this happen, and why can't I fix it immediately myself? This is really very very damaging.

ALSO: you demand a topic selection, but there is no relevant topic to select... Maps is not listed under apps.

Unfortunately they make no provision to contact them at all that I can see. The only recourse seems to be to "report an issue" via the map itself, which I've done. However, I'm highly concerned because I've read of others sometimes waiting months without a resolution. We are in an out-of-the-way location that could make people very likely to use a mapping function, so this situation is disproportionately damaging to us. It should be something that as a business admin I can fix myself, but the information in my account does not match the information they are pushing out to people... There's a bad disconnect somewhere.

Ironically, I discovered this because Apple just sent our business an email informing us we could add a logo and photos to our listing, so I did. When I then went into maps to see how the update looked I discovered they were reporting us as permanently closed.
