Regarding IMEI Blacklist Problem

I bought my iPhone 14 Pro Max from Dubai and I am regularly using in India without any problem. But right now in USA, I try to get a new number from AT&T but in their system it's shows as IMEI Blacklisted/Stolen. So will please let me know how to solve this problem and remove my IMEI number from blacklisted?

Apple does not maintain or accept reports of devices to a blacklist.

Any blacklist is maintained by the carriers.

You will have to work out your issues with the cellular carriers.

it has nothing to do with Apple.
