How to restore pacer premium app

I paid for pacer premium through 4/2024 and then canceled my subscription and deleted the app from my iPhone. The subscription is still good through 4/2024. How do I reinstall the app without being charged for it again?

Paid app deleted from App Store. I had a paid app that I didn’t have on my device at the time of its deletion, and now obviously it’s not available for download anywhere anymore. Is that a sunk cost even though I had no choice over it being deleted and taking my money with it?

maybe

app store->click portrait in upper right corner->purchased->my purchases->not on this iphone

and find it on the list
