If concerned for account and device access, then (A.)verify your devices; (B.)modify your credentials; and then (C.) report items to Apple. Open a new eMail address, and use that for your Apple ID.

A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

B. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

C. Report Items to Apple:

Screen Time Appears to the be Culprit:

So, what exactly is occurring that makes you suspect that it is is occurring. Is something acting up?

The only way for an iPhone to be hacked, is if it has been jailbroken. So, if purchased through Apple, then no worries that’s.

Ok - so here it is - my phone keeps dropping calls . My Apple ID photo had a different face created in the emoji and my photo that is use keeps disappearing. My phone name keeps changing . Game Center keeps getting turned on by itself. My Wi-Fi calling & bluetoooth are turning on - something has removed all my photos. just weird
