HI! I am trying to change the card for my Apple Music Subscription and I dont know why it won't allow me to tap on my account in settings. The lettering is off white/gray and not letting me click on it to access any of my account information and subscriptions. It is also like that of a few other options in the settings(like FaceTime). Please let me know if you can help. Thank you!

Contact Apple that you can’t access your Apple ID
in the meantime, try this
force reset
I have a similar issue where if I want to change my payment card from the settings, it always takes me to the music app for some reason and hence why I can never delete the Music app despite not using it.
