I can’t connect my I watch to this phone

I think some one switched my Iwatch it won’t let me pair it with this device unless I use the same iCloud account it was set before and I don’t recognize that email plus ived never ever paired it before it’s a new Iwatch it’s a gift my girlfriend got it for me she I asked her as well and she saids it’s never been pair she bought it new in Amazon and the iCloud account only shows me an ( *****N@icloud.com). And I can’t figure it out I tried Amazon but they just keep being rude and they won’t help if u can please help me I am really looking forward for these watch please and thank you…

I suspect the watch is not as new as you and your GF would expect and hope. In simple terms, she was scammed. If the Watch is demanding someone else's Apple ID it is Activation Locked. It has probably been rejected and returned by a previous buyer. You have almost zero chance of getting it working, it is not a new device and is not fit for purpose. My advice is to reject it and return it to Amazon for full refund. Then go to the Apple Store (online or street store) and buy a genuinely new watch from a reputable source.
