Problem with my ID

my apple id is greyed out. no action can be taken on it. on sending the message does not give access

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

  • Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
