If so, what step are you having trouble with? From your post, it appears that you are not able to log into your old phone with your current Apple ID or security access passcode.

Which if it's an Android phone would not be possible.

They would need to use whatever pass code was set up on the old phone, use the Google ID credentials they used for Android.
