For this issue, we want to have the Organizer of this Family Sharing group complete the following steps:
- Restart your iPhone by following these steps: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
- Open the Settings app and look for "Family Transfer Request". It should be below the account name at the top of the Settings page.
- If you see this option, tap it and proceed with the on-screen instructions
- If you don't see this option, remove any pending invites and start a new request using the "Invite in Person" option
If the issue continues to occur after the above steps, go ahead and reach out to Apple directly by clicking here: Contact Apple Support. This will let you continue to troubleshoot this issue with an advisor directly over the phone or via chat, depending on the options available in your region.
