iMessage problems
why every time sends me a picture or a video i have to download it. how do i fix that problem

Do you see any alerts in Messages regarding your pictures? Are these pictures others are sending you or are they only ones that you're sending?
Additionally, please let us know if your iPhone is up to date, and here's how to update it if you need: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Could you also let us know how much storage is showing free under Settings > General > [Device] Storage? Too low and it may not be able to load those images.
