Apple ID

GD. My Ipad is disabled after restoration. the apple id used to set up my i-pad is disabled as well and i cannot reset a password. i have another apple id which is used for my I-phone and mac. Please help me activate my i pad. it was bought in Philadelphia but i have no proof of purchase left (no receipt availble)

Activating iPad with disabled Apple ID My mom gave me an iPad around 7 years ago. I used it a lot. One day, I turned it on again just to find the text "Activation Lock" on my screen. I enter my Apple ID, password and it says "Apple ID Disabled". I do everything, from restoring, to actually installing iTunes on my M2 MacBook Pro just for the iPad. I do not have any proof of purchase, if anyone asks.
