Refund didn’t receive because of purchase made by mobile payment

Dear Apple Store Customer Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on a refund request that I made recently for a mistaken purchase that my child made through your store. I received an email from your team confirming that the refund was processed, but I have not received the refunded amount yet.

The purchase was made using a mobile payment method, and I am not sure how the refunded amount will be processed or when I can expect to receive it. I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying the process and ensuring that the refunded amount is processed as soon as possible.


Please let me know if you require any additional information from me to process the refund, and please notify me once the refunded amount has been processed.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

When will I get the money back?                                            

👉 If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item


Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.


Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.


All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
