Contacts Lists, specifically-Exchange Hotmail List

Your assumption is correct, seems you have contacts sync to Outlook and Hotmail, which isn't showing up? Are contacts enabled for both accounts?

Suggest contacting support for whichever mail account isn't showing all the contacts.
