SMS / MMS receiving issues

Hello friends!


Last week I had a issue receiving SMS / MMS texts messages. I did everything I was supposed to (restart, hard reset, log out, turn off messages, etc.) and when nothing worked, I did a factory reset. The next day, I received about 20 SMS messages. So I thought it was fixed.


Until today. Since I had to reset, all of my apps have been signed out. So, with two-factor authentication, many of the codes are sent to my phone as SMS texts. I am not receiving SMS texts again.


My phone is up-to-date with the latest iOS, my carrier settings are current and I can receive iMessages, but not SMS.


Someone else have these issues and can point me in the right direction? Thanks for your help!

SMS/MMS is a phone carrier feature contact yours to resolve the issue.
