Apple Maps business ratings/reviews

I’m a local business owner. I noticed that my competitor’s listing rating suddenly seemed to have changed. Upon looking at the listing I noticed that their reviews are not based on Yelp ( like mine is) but on the scheduling app they are using (Vagaro) which shows a higher rating (so does mine). I contacted Apple Maps but so far no help. How are they able to connect their reviews from a site other than yelp but other business don’t get that option?

As a business owner I have also had problems with Apple Maps not updating the maps long after issues were reported ie businesses have closed down years earlier and they were reported but continue to write that it’s under review. In comparison google maps updates within 10 minutes! Also on Apple Maps they seem to allow users to list businesses under in correct address or businesses that don’t even seem to exist - this also happens on google maps but google seems to rectify the issues very quickly. Not at all happy with Apple Maps

Hi, were you able to get any clarification on this? Mine isn't even showing Yelp reviews. I have seen others showing Vagaro.
