How do I use system's Autofill in Chrome?

The system autofill only work in safari but nothing pops out in chrome.

i'm using the latest system on macbook pro 14'

and latest chrome

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.2

Autofill not working on M1 Mac, Ventura I have been unable to use autofill in Safari on any website requiring name, address, phone, etc. and I cannot get it to work. The little silhouette icon with the dropdown arrow appears in the fields, but clicking on it does nothing, nor does touching the Touch ID button. How can I get Safari to auto fill in my password after I accept the long password it invents for me? USING MY MACBOOK PRO, I ACCEPT THE LONG PASSWORD THAT SAFARI ASSIGNS TO ME. BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THAT WEB SITE AGAIN, IT DOES NOT AUTO FILL THE PASSWORD IT CREATED. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

My mac with Safari doesn't do this. I doesn't work as it had previously. I'm not sure if it was when I updated to Ventura 13.2.1 that this changed.
