I can't save MP4 video files from my email anymore.

I make small animations and have been sending them to my phone through my email. Recently I haven't been able to save the videos. My normal way of saving the video is to simply hold the video and the phone gives me the options to "Quick Look, Save Video, Save to Files, Share, and Copy" I usually click save video. When I click "Save Video" it takes me out of the options and back to the email, and usually that works and its in my photos. They haven't been saving recently, I have also tried saving to iCloud, sending it to snapchat to then download it, sending it via messenger, saving it to notes, and nothing is working. I have a ton of Icloud storage as well as, just general storage, so I'm just stumped as of what I should do, does anyone have any suggestions?

Probably you have corrupted or incompatible MP4 video files.

The MP4 video format is supported by the iPhone and can be played on all iPhone models running iOS 11 or later.

However, it's important to note that not all MP4 files are compatible with the iPhone. To ensure that an MP4 file can be played on an iPhone, the video file must be encoded using a compatible codec and resolution.

For best compatibility with iPhone, it is recommended to encode the MP4 video using the H.264 codec and AAC audio codec, with a resolution of 720p or 1080p.
