Connect to unsecured networks

Trying to hook up Alexa linked devices on a tp network. The system finds it , locks on momentarily, then says unsecure network, and locks me out with no ability to override

How can i remove an unsecured Network from my WiFi network? When I open my wifi in settings on my iPad, there is one network that is unsecured. I have tried to use the, Forget this network and all that does is remove it from my network to Other Networks. I want to remove it completely. Has anyone encountered this issue & if so have you been able to resolve it? Thank you for reading & any assistance offered:)

One of my iPhones says my home wifi is weak security I have a router for my home WiFi which is leased. Only one of my devices which uses this router says “”weak security” and indicates “WEP is not considered secure”. I have checked with my provider and it says all of my devices are on a WPA 2 setting, which it says is secure. What should I do about this one iphone which designates “weak security”?

You will have to take that up with Amazon support. iPhones will connect to unsecured networks and just display a warning, but Alexa may not permit it.
