I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the delete key on your iPad Pro Magic Keyboard. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem.

—————

Restart your iPad: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix minor software glitches. Press and hold the Power button until the slide to power off option appears. Slide it to power off your iPad, then press the Power button again to turn it back on.

———

Check for software updates: Ensure that your iPad is running the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update" and install any available updates.

———

Disconnect and reconnect the Magic Keyboard: Detach the Magic Keyboard from your iPad Pro and reattach it firmly. Ensure that it's properly aligned with the Smart Connector on the back of the iPad.

———

Clean the Smart Connector and keyboard contacts: Dust or debris on the Smart Connector or keyboard contacts could interfere with the connection. Gently clean them using a soft, lint-free cloth.

———

Reset the keyboard settings: Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset" and tap on "Reset Keyboard Dictionary." This will clear any customized keyboard settings and can sometimes resolve issues.

———

Restore your iPad: If none of the above steps work, you can try restoring your iPad to factory settings. Make sure to back up your data before performing a restore.

————

If the problem persists after trying these steps, it's recommended to reach out to Apple Support or visit an Apple Store for further assistance. They can provide more specific troubleshooting or arrange a repair if necessary.
