Why does Apple keep charging my card for $7.55 ? When I check my subscriptions there’s nothing there I’m not subscribed to anything but Apple Music which is paid for so why is my card trying to be charged $7.55?

Hello ~ If you are only seeing these charges on your credit card I would urge you to contact your credit card company to find out if your card has been breached and in the hands of a fraudulent user. Have you double checked here?
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes ...
