Vat refund in Norway

I bought iPhone from online shop in Norway

but am not living in Norway

when I want to travel outside Norway I went to Custom and ask them to give me agreement to get back the Vat and its 25% from the price

they sign and stamped the document

when i send to apple they didn't agree to payback my money

some one can tell me why ?

Just a guess since we are users like you and we can not speak for Apple.

Apple is not in the taxation business. Taxes are within the Government domain. If you want a tax refund contact the Government agency responsible for tax refunds.

Apple does not give tax refunds and we cannot tell you why because we do not work for Apple. You need to check EU laws.
