NFL Network Live Stream on Ipad

I have NFL+ and can stream NFL Network with no problem on my iPhone but the NFL app does not have the live NFL Network stream option on my iPad. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work on both IOS devices. Anyone else have this issue?

Are both devices running the same version system software (v13 or later)? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
Do both devices ave the same version NFL app installed? The App Store app would list the version, if you can’t find it in the NFL app itself.
Did you sign in with TV provider credentials on both devices, to get access to NFL Network? Sign in with your TV provider on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
