Hi , I realized while trying to access apple with a gmail account I own that this was already created ... but the password it was not correct. I tried to reset but the ending phone number is not mine or any number I owned in the past . Could be that somebody is using it with apple ID using my gmail account ? Is there an option to claim ?

It is not clear what exactly the problem is that you are experiencing.

You are sign in here . . . with your Apple ID & Password.
Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.
You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?
