Can’t connect iPhone 10XR to WiFi suddenly

All of my other equipment is connected, it’s just my iPhone that won’t connect. I believe that I still have AppleCare. It’s just driving me nuts because I can’t connect to my apps like my Chime Bank account or my language apps & Im subscribed to a war game where I’m going to get my butt kicked & everything looted if I can’t get on to take care of it! It’s causing my serious damage financially! I have to be able to get this thing working & I can’t get out of the house because my car is down & my main mode of transportation of the access bus with drivers on strike!

I restarted my phone & reset the settings & still nothing, I even reset my modem. None of it did any good. It’s just my iPhone. The last thing I want to do is deal with my cell phone carrier. I know the rave about how every one loves consumer Cellular.

To me it means extended hold time which is hard for me to do physically. What’s nice is I’m not dealing with anyone in India.

if there is anyway I can fix this on my own I prefer to do that! I think from what I have said you can see that I hate having to rely on someone else.

Please tell me I can. What am I missing?

Troubleshooting iPhone WiFi:

Some Thoughts...

A. Start Here: If your iPhone or iPad won't Connect to a Wi-Fi Network - Apple Support

B. Disable Cellular:

Try disabling Cellular, and using Wi-Fi instead, seeing if that makes all the difference.

C. Reset All Network Settings to Default:

Example of items that will be reset: (Wi-Fi Passwords, VPN Connections, etc)

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Reset
  4. Tap: Reset Network Settings.
  5. Enter: [Your Passcode]

D. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

If connecting is unsuccessful, try clearing out your Temporary Internet FilesHistoryCache, and Cookies

As a Last Resort:

E. Restore form a Backup:

Have a backup of your iPhone? If you are not concerned with losing data, then restore your iPhone from a backup that was made when Wi-Fi was working. Prior to restoring, backup your iPhone, incase anything goes wrong with the restoration.
