I was done editing my project in fcpx and wanted to export it. I clicked on the export button and it didn't work so I shut down fcpx and opened it again. But then I got this notification:
How is this possible? And what can I do to restore my project?

Please post an EtreCheck report https://etrecheck.com giving the application Full Disk Access in Privacy & Security System Settings. Copy the report and use the Add Text button to paste the result into reply box.
Where is the library located?
Does FCP have Full Disk Access turned on in System Settings->Privacy & Security?
"it didn't work"
What happened? It was grayed out? The dialog didn't open?
If the library is on an external drive, how is it connected and formatted?
Library is located on Samsung T7 SSD, connected with a USB-C and never had any problems with it. Dialog didn't open, nothing happened. FCPX has full access.
