The watch was perfectly working one day and then the next.... now it is not charging, when I connect it to the charger (which I tried multiple) it says charging and it stays at 1%. I was able to access the setting on the watch and under Battery Health is says Service Recommended but when I press the service options it stays white and doesn't give me any options. What should I do?
