Migrating birds app (Finland) not available in Australian app store. What to do?

My region is Australia. Changing region used to be a burden. Are there any short cuts to upload "Muuttolintujen kevät" to my iPhone 14 pro max, which I am using with a Finnish SIM card whilst holidaying in Finland.

No. Aside from changing the region, your only option is to ask its developer to make it available in the Australian store.
