Sleep mode automatically turning off?

My iPhone 13 pro max with the latest iOS will go out of sleep mode at some point in the middle of the night and I will start getting notifications. I did some research, and it appeared to be a "feature/bug" in which it would not stay in sleep mode for longer than 6-7 hrs. So I set up a sleep schedule on my phone as this was the recommended fix. It does go into sleep mode when my phone does at 9PM, but it consistently starts notifying me at 4:30 AM every morning. My phone is still in sleep mode. When I go to sleep, it shows the little sleep icon, but when it wakes me up at 4:30 there is no sleep or moon icon.

No mater if I use sleep schedule or just turn on the Sleep mode manually. It also does not matter if I sleep with my watch (series 6) or without. In all cases my sleep mode turns off automatically in the middle of the night usually around 5AM.

I have also been using the sleep mode without having an alarm for the next day for 2 months daily and that never happened. Next thing I set an alarm for the next morning and this thing started to happen again! So, I believe this has something to do with the alarm on the phone.

Please Apple devs please be that kind to investigate this as it is been bothering the community for quiet some time now.

Thanks in advance and looking forward to your update.
