Mac mini, Apple TV, LG TV.
all this devices are connected to my tv.
my question is can I connect my Mac mini to my Apple TV and change source not in my LG Tv but in the Apple TV.
i want see the max in my Apple TV.

Both your Mac mini and your Apple TV can be (separately) connected to most LG TVs. Connection and cabling details can vary by the particular mini and the particular LG TV. For an LG TV with enough input HDMI ports, and a Mac mini model with HDMI, all cabling can be done with HDMI. It’s also possible to set up a “parasitic“ sound bar within the HDMI connection.
