Studio Buds only playing in the case

My Beats Studio Buds only play and only stay connected when they are in the case, even though they say they are fully charged. Has anyone else had this issue?

We definitely want to help with your Beats! To get started, we'd recommend resetting your Beats Studio Buds using the steps found here: Reset your Beats Studio Buds - Apple Support


Once complete, go ahead and pair them with your device again: Set up and use your Beats Studio Buds - Apple Support


Resetting your Beats can often resolve abnormal behavior that you might experience. Let us know the results.

mine aren’t working either and it seems like many people are having the same issue with no solution because even after doing what they tell you to do so they can be “fixed” they still don’t work so I’m just wondering what apple is going to do i know I did not pay all that money to have a pair of headphones that don’t work in that case I would of kept my 8 dollar Bluetooth earbuds from 5 bellow
