Deleting an Apple-is account takes about 16 days

When I want to delete my Apple-Id, I receive the below message from Apple.

But the message is not correct, then after 10 days Apple says verbally that the account is deleted but I receive the email from Apple after 16 days that the account is now deleted. I have called Apple senior Support with no good answer.

Tested that it does not depend on how long I have had the Apple-Id account

Anyone know why this is happening?

"We verify all requests before deleting an account. The process can take up to seven days. Your account will remain active while verification is in progress".
