Odd names in contact field

So when I go to create a new text and your searching for a name. Let’s say it’s “Paul”. When I type in P and scroll down it has all my contacts with a P in their name obviously but I have 3-4 contacts called “phonenumberisxxxxxxxxxx”. And same searching C for “Corey”. That one had “cellisxxxxxxxxx”. And when I search those numbers they are scammer numbers from what I can find. I imagine they called me at some point but why are these listed in my contacts.
